Homes may need to be ordered if home is not available. 30-40 day build times.

Often very large operations that go under different names and have many locations throughout the state and sometimes the country. BIG NAME brand dealerships.

More options to choose from
Multiple finance options

Cons:

Much more expensive product due to higher overhead cost
Less of a personal experience when dealing with these dealerships
May experience more sales tactics due to the high amount of inventory they are carrying and may need to push.
